The NEC Document Solutions Diagnostic Center is located at the company’s headquarters in Irving, Texas, and provides support services to end users as well as NEC authorized Document Solutions dealers. The Diagnostic centers factory trained technicians are available to help with any problems or questions that may arise regarding Document Solutions products.

 

Training Services

Service 

Technical training is available to NEC authorized dealers.  Training information and class schedules can be found on the technical website www.dsd.necunified.com or by e-mail at training.dsd@necam.com.  Classroom training is held at the company’s headquarters in Irving, Texas.
