| 1. | are based in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico; |
| 2. | are in good financial standing; |
| 3. | have adequate staff to perform evaluation of the Product(s) in a timely manner; |
| 4. | are willing to execute and submit to NECAM the terms and conditions of the 30-Day No-Risk Trial Program prior to order placement ; |
| 5. | have a budget and project for the Product(s); |
| 6. | purchase through a NECAM Authorized Partners* or directly from NECAM during the Promotion Period |
| 7. | issue a Purchase Order ("PO") for the full amount of the Product(s) plus freight and installation and specify the following: "This PO is issued under the 30-Day No-Risk Trial Program and its Terms and Conditions posted on www.necam.com/NoRisk" ; and |
| 8. | agree to terms of this Program Overview and the Terms and Conditions. |
