NEC's remote service solutions provide flexibility in the degree of monitoring and management offered, as well as in the processes used to deliver the solutions. RMS services for NEC's storage offerings are scaled into three different service levels: Remote Monitoring, Essential Management and Comprehensive Management.

Our Remote Monitoring solution is designed for customers who have skilled resources and bandwidth to perform all troubleshooting of events, as well as the necessary moves, additions and changes, but want to augment their capabilities by taking advantage of the best-in-class tools, notifications and reports provided by NEC and its Web portal.

The Essential Management solution is designed for customers who have skilled resources to perform system moves and modifications but lacks the time to manage remote troubleshooting thru resolution. They need to augment their current operations by utilizing NEC's proactive monitors, remote troubleshooting through problem resolution and dispatch capabilities when onsite attention is required.

The Comprehensive Management solution was designed for customers who lack both the skills and the time to remotely perform troubleshooting and resolution, nor do they traditionally handle any moves, additions or changes to their storage solution. They require a natural extension to their IT capabilities and do so by utilizing NEC's remote expertise, tools and processes ? and benefit from the potential savings this managed service can offer.

Single Point of Contact
Monitoring either the entire network infrastructure and or just a select few systems, NEC can act as the customer's single point of contact, as well as an escalation point for maintenance to its customer's third-party providers.

Earning the accreditation under the MSPAlliance (MSPA) Managed Services Accreditation Program (MSAP) is a testament to the world-class managed IT services that NEC delivers to each customer engagement. Many of NEC's engineers and personnel have also obtained the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification enhancing the scope of managed services expertise available through NEC.
