NEC Corporation of America ("NECAM") is offering a 30-Day No Risk Program that allows customers to evaluate certain NEC products and return with no questions asked within the trial period.   The Program is available to any Eligible Customer who purchases one or more Eligible Product. (The Eligible Customer may return the Eligible Product(s) at any time within the 30-day No Risk Period ("Trial Period") for any reason, or no reason, for full credit of the purchase price of the Product (original shipping and installation fees not included).   This Program allows Customers to evaluate the Product(s) without risk during the Trial Period. If during the Trial Period, Customer decides to return the Product(s), NECAM will arrange and pay for the migration of Customer's data off the Product(s), de-install, and ship the unit back to NECAM.   To return the Products, Customer must: notify their NECAM representative in writing within the Trial Period to initiate the return process; provide the applicable purchase order number in the notice; and allow NECAM access to the Product(s) within seven (7) days of date of the notification. For returned Products, NECAM will credit Customer the purchase price of the Product.
