5000S (Longhaul)
NEC's 5000 Series features High RF channel capacity within a compact footprint, flexible configurations and fiber optic interface. Similar to its predecessors, the 5000 Series features SONET OC-3/STM-1 transport, 1xN protection, NEC's proprietary Cross Polarization Interference Cancellation (XPIC), IF combined space diversity, adaptive time domain equalization (ATDE), state of the art modulation, excellent system gain, and a four fiber protected optical interface with built in protection switching.
MN5000-Series (IP / Core / Metro / Access)
The MN5000 series is a new packet transport product based on Pseudowire over MPLS-TP technology; it has been developed to help overcome the high bandwidth consumption caused by data traffic in current SONET based infrastructure. As a convergence transport technology, the MN5000 is a key component for today's metro network carriers and service providers. Equipped with enhanced data service processing capability and powerful network management function, the MN5000 series can provide all-round network solutions at the access layer and aggregation layer of a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), enormously reducing the operation cost. Operation cost is optimized because of its simple and easy OAM for Packet Transport Network.
NEC CX2600/CX2200 (Carrier Class Wireless Backhaul / Mission Critical)
