Microwave Radio Systems: Pasolink Mx
NEC's PASOLINK series (PASOLINK, PASOLINK+) of short haul access digital microwave relay systems is significantly strengthened with the introduction of PASOLINK Mx. Traffic capacity formerly 2 x 2 Mbps to 16 x 2 Mbps, and has been increased to 20/32/40 x 2 Mbps through the highly spectrum-efficient QAM technique. The Transversal Equalizer and Forward Error Correction features greatly improve link performance.

PASOLINK Mx offers an enhanced LAN interface, allowing expanded freedom in network design and increased potential for new applications. Moreover, all of these upgrades are concentrated in downsized IDU (Indoor Unit).

Continuing in the great PASOLINK tradition, PASOLINK Mx is designed for simple installation and fast rollout, while featuring NEC's renowned reliability, high-speed transmission capacity, high degree of scalability and cost effective operation.
