NEC’s Integra-ID Archive is a comprehensive and scalable data repository solution for the storage of ANSI/NIST and other ancillary documents that provides a secure and quick method of storing, retrieving, printing and managing biometric records.

Integra-ID Archive offers

A secure, centralized data storage and retrieval repository.
Supports a wide variety of file formats, including text files, image files, and fingerprint/palmprint cards.
An intuitive web-based interface.
Quick access to all biometric records and associated documents stored in the Archive repository.
Includes a multitude of searching, viewing, printing, and management features through a flexible, portable thin client application.
Supports free text and wildcard searches sealing and unsealing of records for maximum data security and privacy.

Management Features

Control usage rules protect data ownership and data contents.
Multiple storage levels and a folder structure permit proper data organization and help in logical retrieval.
User level authorizations can be designated based on need.
Individual folders and documents can be secured through a "seal" process, hiding content from non-authorized users.
A detailed audit trail enables the tracking of user activity performed on folders and documents.
