With Agent Anywhere, agents can be local or working by remote and can still be seamlessly connected through a FUSION-networked environment of UNIVERGE® SV9500 communications servers. Since that configuration eliminates the need for NEC’s UC Automatic Call Distribution (ACD/CallCenterWorX®-I) hardware and software at each location, there is a savings on the purchase and maintenance of those systems.
