Both UC ACD-Enterprise Server (UC ACD-ENT) and UC Internal ACD (CallCenterWorX-Enterprise I-ACD) work seamlessly with Global Navigator/ Network ACD to empower contact center managers with the ability to track a center’s statistics. (UC ACD-ENT is server-based, and handles high call volumes across an enterprise. I-ACD handles call volumes efficiently with minimum resources, and does not require a separate ACD processor.)


Infolink, NEC’s Computer Telephony Integration Link, comes with all UC ACD systems. This link provides detailed call information to external devices such as CTI servers. Those devices, in turn, ensure advanced applications (such as Call Back and Agent Screen Pops) help contact centers provide the best service possible.
