The solution can also prompt customers to take further action, with customizable options like cancel/confirm an appointment, make a payment or speak to live person. It is supported on the UNIVERGE SV9100, SV9300, SV8100 and SV8300 Communications Servers, and the UNIVERGE 3C™ software-based platform.
