Consultant Support - NEC Communications Solutions

NEC’s Consultant Support Services Program equips industry consultants with relevant information about the UNIVERGE® family of voice, data and video communication solutions. The program includes telephone and help-desk support in addition to various self-help resources.

NEC Information Portal

Contains application notes, system documentation, engineering bulletins, product announcements and other useful information.  Registration is required. Request access here.


Technical Documentation Library

Provides end-user product guides as well as product documentation, downloads and knowledgebase articles. Requests access here.


Access to NEC Information Portal and NEC’s Technical Documentation library require separate registrations. NEC representatives review and verify all registration submissions prior to granting access. NEC will respond to all requests within three business days.
