The NEC NTAC provides partners with technical assistant for every aspect of their customers’ communications and IT networks. From staging, configuring and deploying to maintaining, and upgrading—the NTAC experienced team of support professionals and engineers handle a wide range of issues from troubleshooting and hardware replacement to third-tier escalation. The NTAC also offers an array of online technical support resources.




NECCare is NEC’s comprehensive technical support program. The program includes technical support, hardware repair support email alert and remote monitoring. 



NEC Sales Support Help Desk


The NEC Sales Support Help Desk (SSHD) provides support to dealers on communications solutions, MasterQuote configuration, remote product demos and more. The SSDH also offers additional areas of support including part-number assistance, UNIVERGE Sphericall and UNIVERGE SV8000 communications platforms and other related solutions.
