UC Agent is a unified communications (UC) desktop application for the contact center.

The solution combines the capabilities of the UC Desktop Client (UNIVERGE UC700) and the UC for Enterprise Contact Center suite of applications to improve agent productivity, business responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

With UC Agent, companies can:
