Municipality Resources

In the United States, the proper disposal of electronic waste is an increasingly growing environmental concern with many State governments banning disposal of certain types of electronic waste in local landfills. NEC understands our customers' desire to minimize the environmental impact of their old electronic products.

As part of our commitment to the environment, NEC encourages all of our customers' to recycle their used electronics.

For products that contain batteries, NEC Corporation of America has contracted with Call2Recycle, Inc., North America's first and largest battery stewardship program, to provide no-cost battery recycling solutions.
