Note: All software must be within one version level of current release.

Business Requirements

  • UNIVERGE SV8300/SV9300 Communications Server
  • OAI enabled
  • UC for Enterprise Automatic Call Distribution (CallCenterWorX-Business ACD 4.0 or above)

Note: PBX and ACD revisions must be within 1 revision of current release to get support

Enterprise Requirements

  • UNIVERGE SV8500/SV9500 Communications Server
  • OAI enabled
  • CallCenterWorX-Enterprise(I) ACD or UC for Enterprise Automatic Call Distribution (CallCenterWorX-Enterprise ACD)

Virtual Server Requirements

  • Same as Hardware requirements
  • VMWare 5.0

Client PC Requirements - (All UC Multimedia Versions)

  • Windows XP (SP3), Vista or Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit)
  • Pentium 3.0 MHz (or above)
  • 2GB RAM
  • 5GB Hard Drive Space (available before installation) for install plus additional space for incoming messages
  • DVD Drive
  • Color Monitor with 1024/768 True Color
  • 100/1000 NIC – unrestricted network access to the UC Multimedia for Contact Center server is required
  • Keyboard (104) and 2-button mouse
