NEC CONGRATULATES T-METRICS ON FEDRAMP & STATERAMP AUTHORIZED STATUS
T-Metrics' new authorization provides NEC customers with the highest level of federal, state, and local approved security standards
IRVING, TX – June 20, 2023 - NEC Corporation of America (NEC), a leading provider and integrator of advanced IT, communications, and networking solutions, congratulates T-Metrics, NEC's newest partner in next-generation, omnichannel contact center systems, on receiving an Authorization to Operate (ATO) from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) and State Risk and Authorization Management Program (StateRAMP) Authorized status. This significant achievement allows federal, state and local government agencies to utilize T-Metrics' cloud-based, advanced contact center solution, meeting the highest level of security as identified by the federal government and StateRAMP's governance committees.
In January 2023, NEC announced its partnership with T-Metrics, integrating T-Metrics' contact center solution with NEC's UNIVERGE SV9500 communications platform, allowing customers to adopt a full-featured, premise managed, omnichannel contact center solution. With T-Metrics' new FedRAMP and StateRAMP authorization, NEC customers will have the added benefit of rigorous security standards both on-premises and in the cloud as set for federal, state and local government agencies.
